Description This is a limited appointment position. The selected individual will work closely with management regarding the development and implementation of Medius the AP automation project and the portal which will onboard new vendors. TSS is in need of a talented individual who can bridge the gap between business operations, processes and implementation of new systems. The individual will work with university IT and procurement system tech team to integrate these new systems with PeopleSoft. Individual will understand system configuration and system development. The position will also assist in processing invoices in Accounts Payable and provide backup to AP Team as they work on transitioning to the new system. Individual will perform AP duties such as customer service and this individual will also work with the Procurement Team to understand Purchasing as this is another component of the Medius and Onboarding systems. Individual will provide customer service via Salesforce. Must have superior communication skills both verbal and written.

Qualifications Position requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Strong technical and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office ability to maintain spreadsheets and databases and prepare reports, tables and charts. Knowledge of system design, ability to prioritize workload, problem solve, attention to detail and strong communications both written and oral required.
