***Clinical Lead for a Carilion Family Medical practice of seven MD's and 3 NP's. Individual must be detail oriented, patient care and clinic driven. Looking for a very motivated individual. The lead will serve as the head nurse for all clinical duties which will include nursing and providers schedule.***
Support Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Coordinate, plan, and organize various clinical activities in the physician office under the direction of the Site Manager. Participate directly in patient care delivery as well as developing clinical staff work schedule and managing patient flow. Complies with all federal, state, local, Carilion Clinic and departmental policies and standards, as applicable.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required.
Experience: Two years experience in physician office setting required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required. AHA BLS-HCP required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills. Basic computer skills required to be able to utilize electronic patient records, budget and personnel software. Strong problem solving skills.
