The Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium (GMHEC) is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Program Coordinator to serve its four member institutions: Champlain College, Middlebury College, Norwich University and St. Michael's College. Reporting to the Executive Director of GMHEC, this new position will bring experience and enthusiasm for wellbeing to each institution. This person will be expected to perform the following requirements: develop strong working relationships with wellbeing liaisons, employees and vendors at all institutions; identify programming needs and develop culture of health and wellbeing on campuses; actively market and promote wellbeing initiatives to constituents; provide expertise in wellbeing field; track data and analyze trends to make recommendations that will increase utilization and improve wellbeing for employees as well as contain costs for employers.
Bachelor's degree plus and minimum of 5 years' experience in the health and wellbeing field are required. A master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Competitive total compensation package available. The successful candidate holds a valid driver's license and will be able to pass the background check process. Regular in-state travel with a personal vehicle is required.
