Develops and manages processes and procedures to ensure inventory and ERP systems are accurate and consistent. Maintains records and provides inventory reporting.
Job Responsibilities 1. Performs administrative tasks associated with the control and accuracy of physical inventory. 2. Supervises and participates in inventory cycle count processes. 3. Provides, reviews and presents inventory and cycle count reporting results on a bi-weekly basis. 4. Resolves inventory and location discrepancies. 5. Develops and maintains processes and procedures related to inventory and location accuracy. 6. Maintains up-to-date inventory and location records by entering data and approved inventory adjustments into ERP database. 7. Responds to inquiries regarding inventory levels and locations. 8. Audits receiving records of incoming inventory to ensure accuracy. 9. Provides inventory process training to DC employees as required. 10 .Responsible for ensuring proper inventory adjustments are made for outbound and inbound workshop and convention shipments. 11. Responsible for offsite inventory accuracy and coordinates movement and related adjustments between offsite location and DC. 12. In conjunction with warehouse manager, prepares for and supervises physical inventories as required.
Job Requirements 1.Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2.Previous experience in inventory management within a distribution center setting. 3.Familiarity with ERP, WMS operations and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 4.Previous supervisory role in distribution center setting is preferred. 5.Experience with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) systems preferred. 6.Strong calculative and analytical skill sets. 7.Ability and effectiveness to manage time and meet required deadlines. 8.Prefer experience in coordination of inventory, RFID, WMS and/or TMS system implementation and strong ERP/DC background and skills. 9.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
