This role will serve as the primary contact and link between the ServiceLink implementation team and various Service Partners throughout the University. The Service Delivery Leader is responsible for formulating and carrying out the various aspects of the Decision Support Group's service mission. Within this context, the person is expected to leverage relationships with other service center leadership to ensure the highest quality service delivery to the general user community. In addition, provide timely, courteous, and effective customer service and business support and develop communications to facilitate business solutions to complex university reporting and analytical data needs from initial inquiry through final resolution. Create and maintain working relationships with appropriate experts in the Tier 2 level of decision support (represents data stewards, data custodians, and other subject matter experts) to resolve issues to client's full satisfaction. Develop, document, and maintain standards, policies and procedures specifically with the data dictionary, meta data and knowledge base.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Master's degree
Required Experience: Four years of related experience developing strategy to deliver high-quality, user-centered customer service to multiple client organizations. Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Budget and Treasury operations.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in Higher Education including an understanding of Student and Human Resources subject matter.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to develop effective business relationships, build consensus, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills for solving root problems. Capability for assessing risk and providing recommendations to the Director. Ability to communicate with senior executives and provide guidance for future initiatives.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience using PeopleSoft Financials, OBIEE and Tableau.
