As a full time Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Director of Pharmacy at Drew Memorial Hospital, you will oversee all pharmacy operations to include planning, organizing, and controlling pharmacy services according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the continued growth, development, and implementation of operational systems that support safe delivery of pharmaceutical care with the support of 2 full time Pharmacists and 5 Pharmacy Technicians (2 full time; 3 per diem). This position includes a varying degree of staffing duties, in addition to administrative duties. This facility offers 340b and includes chemotherapy services in a rural, family oriented setting.
About the facility: Drew Memorial is a County owned, acute care hospital that is licensed for 49 beds with an ADC of 30. Services include Surgical, Cancer/Blood/Infusion, Sleep, Women's needs, Imaging, Respiratory, Physical Therapy, Outpatient senior Psychiatric, Wound Care, Home Health and Lab, The Pharmacy hours are currently Monday-Sunday 7am-6pm with remote telepharmacy services when the pharmacy is closed. There are plans to expand the pharmacy hours to 9pm Monday-Friday starting June 2017. In addition, the hospital has plans to expand their OR, ICU, Women's Services and Outpatient Services in the spring of 2018. Management of the pharmacy is out sourced to CPS.

- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD)
- Current AR license in good standing
- At least 3 years recent work experience as an acute hospital pharmacist; some management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with 340b will be helpful, however, is not required
