The Relationship Manager (RM) will work with the Senior Relationship Manager to coordinate the overall relationship management activities to our Internal Distribution Channel Partners (Dreyfus, BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Fiduciary Solutions, ISSG). The RM is responsible for proactively identifying and addressing all client issues and working closely with various internal departments to meet all client requirements. The RM will seek out the most effective means for promoting TBC managed products within the channels and helping to advocate for new marketing or educational collateral that may help our channel partners in their sales efforts. The RM will set up client meetings to discuss investment strategy, performance and service related issues. The RM will coordinate product training seminars and performance updates for our channel partners. The RM is also responsible for promoting new investment strategies and coordinating with the senior relationship manager when an active or complex new business opportunity is discovered. The RM will be the primary client liaison during the initial funding of new account and strategy transitions. In this position the RM is dually responsible for client satisfaction and minimizing risk to the firm.
Qualifications BS/BA required; MBA desired. Has five or more years of portfolio management sales, marketing or relationship management experience and typically involved in the CFA program. Possess excellent communication skills and has in-depth knowledge of the company's investment disciplines and services. Considerable autonomy for managing account base while reporting directly to the Senior Relationship Manager.
