Reporting to the Residence Hall Director, manage the operations of the Resource Center, serve as a member if the house leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential house, and assist with managing crisis response for the assigned House, or other operations when needed.
Required Education: Bachelor's degreee and
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Higher Education or related field and
Required Experience: 2 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience providing high levels of customer service. Working knowledge of facility operations.
Preferred Experience: Experience with operations management, including supervision and crisis response in a university setting
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Good leadership and conflict resolution skills. Ability to quickly and effectively respond to emergency situations. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with a diverse population. Ability to supervise staff. Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
