Part Time Staff Pharmacist - 20-24 hours/week Helen Hayes Hospital West Haverstraw, NY
In this role you will be required to work a 6 to 8 hour day shift on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This position will also require availability to work up to 2 weekend days a month and on occasion staff evenings for PTO coverage.
Hours: Pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8am-9pm; Weekends and Holidays 8am-4:30pm.
Job Duties: Provide support for clinical programs and practices within the hospital as well as fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
