Serve as principal aide and day-to-day operations and logistics manager for the Vice Chancellor for Global Programs and University Life/Associate Vice Chancellor for Admissions and Financial Support for Abu Dhabi, including planning and implementation of the Vice Chancellor’s (VC) schedule, special projects, activities, and meetings. Address issues related to NYU Abu Dhabi, policies and situations involving a cross section of University units including Global Programs, Student Affairs, and NYU Abu Dhabi Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff (COS) in support of mid- and long-range planning, strategic initiatives, project management and the daily operations of NYU Abu Dhabi/New York. Oversee the development of presentations, manage and staff committees, and conduct research and analysis on a variety of areas related to NYU’s global network, including NYU Abu Dhabi. Manage projects associated with the Vice Chancellor’s academic work, including those related to filmmaking and to her activities as the Lisa Ellen Goldberg Professor.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience: At least 5 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience supervising office operations, demonstrated ability or experience in managing staff, developing and implementing office policies, and administering budgets and operations.
Preferred Experience: Experience in an academic, legal, public interest, or corporate environment.
