The qualified candidate will perform a wide range of clerical and general office duties including but not limited to serving as office receptionist, sorting and delivering mail, general word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database management, schedule appointments and scanning/uploading documents. Will interact with NYU Law alumni, current students, and NYU personnel via in-person, phone, and email. Support signature annual Law School events; tasks to include customizing and composing letters, respond to requests for information, mail merging invitations, maintain registration lists, creating name tags, and post-event tasks.
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience: 1 year of office experience.
Preferred Experience: 2 years of office experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Light to moderate, accurate keyboarding. Good proofreading and writing skills.
