HR Education Consultant (this role will consult on the EMR and projects related to the EMR)

Prefer 5+ years of previous training experience, either designing or teaching. Strong project management, consulting and writing skills required. Preference for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are flexible and adaptive as needs changes.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have the ability to understand details of workflows/software and have the ability to design and deliver instructional materials/training in a way that promotes learning and engagement. A writing sample and demonstration of training skills is required.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Prefer 5+ years of previous training experience, either designing or teaching. Experience with the Epic EMR preferred as well as knowledge/experience with surgical workflows and medical terminology. Familiarity with current trends in Healthcare IT useful to the role.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration:None required. Relevant HR or Training & Development certification preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Lawson knowledge preferred. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.
