Position Overview Manages key customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle. Partners closely with sales, service support, and field teammates to ensure customer needs are met. Manages a team of specialists and provides timely coaching and mentoring. Proactively identifies and resolves service issues and reports resolutions to all involved parties. Conducts and leads customer meetings, business reviews, and prepares customer quarterly reports.
Job Responsibilities 1. Manages day to day customer relationships with key national accounts customers. 2. Acts as service liaison for field partners and customer. Proactively identifies service trends and partners with field leaders to drive accountability and resolution. 3. Provides trending and service alerts to customer, along with quarterly business review results. 4. Conducts proactive service customer calls with sales, service, and key business partners. Helps identify growth (revenue) opportunities. 5. Manages team of Relationship Specialists providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 5+ years of customer service operations experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3. Customer relationship skills 4. Working knowledge of customer life cycle in service industry 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment 6. Ability to lead with a collaborative, supportive and transparent leadership style 7. Ability to motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills on all levels, both internally and externally 9. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills for a variety of customer relations and marketing deliverables 10. Strong analytical skills 11. Ability to travel approximately 25% of time 12. Flexibility to work outside of normal work hours may be required from time to time.
