In the role of process specialist, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, process training and certifications for the team, talent management related activities, Service Level Agreement compliance and Process compliance. You will also be involved in day to day customer interactions, knowledge management and process reengineering activities.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
·Good understanding of Materials / Services associated with the IT and Networking domain.
·Knowledge about the process involved with this industry.
·Knowledge about the MDM activities in ERP systems. (SAP / JDE etc.)
oMaterial Master - Addition / Deletion / Change
oVendor Master Addition / Deletion / Change
§Understanding about the DUNS number and Parent child hierarchy
·Good understanding about the Spend activities like
oTaxonomy (UNSPSC / eCl@ss etc.)
oData normalization and cleansing
·Track, report and close open issues and queries
·Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
·Create and maintain up to date process documents
·Ensure SLAs are met as per process
Location for this position is Redmond, WA.
·High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
·At least 2 years of relevant experience
·At least 2 year of experience working in sourcing and procurement field
·Advanced MS Office Suite experience specifically MS Excel
·Relevant experience in material master related activities in major ERPs SAP, Oracle, etc.
·Knowledge and understanding of MIS tools
·Ability to work with minimum supervision
