Principal - Business Consulting (Customer Onboarding & KYC)
The Principal Consultant role is within the Management Consulting Services unit in the Financial Services vertical of Infosys. The Management Consulting Services unit focuses on partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders of our clients to help craft and execute their strategy.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead engagements at Financial Services firms to address challenges faced in Customer Onboarding, KYC Customer Due Diligence & Enhanced Due Diligence and/or Sanctions screening Collaborate with senior Compliance leadership to define technology strategy and roadmap, create work plans, define processes and business requirements, analyze data needs and help drive QA strategy Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team; lead work streams in large Client Onboarding and KYC implementations Collaborate with other streams including technology delivery streams across Infosys to deliver a compelling value proposition to the client Manage and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommended courses of remediation

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. 7+ years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services and with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, KYC - Customer Due Diligence, Customer Risk Scoring and Sanctions Screening frameworks Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in financial services with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, KYC - Customer Due Diligence, Customer Risk Scoring and Sanctions Screening frameworks Experience with one or more products like Actimize CDD/WLF, BAE Norkom CDD/KYC, Pega, Gold Tier, etc Experience in defining KYC strategy, operating model and processes, framework for periodic reviews and client risk scoring models will be a big plus Experience in managing business & functional requirements and defining UAT test strategies for large CDD implementations will be preferred Advanced presentation and interviewing skills with experience facilitating meetings and leading workshops Excellent writing skills with the ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and PowerPoint presentations Strong analytical skills; knowledge of tools like R and SAS will be an added advantage
