Wanted: Global Innovators To Help Us Build Tomorrows Enterprise As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Location for this position is Omaha, NE. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Experience with functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS CRM and Oracle AR Application maintenance and support (AMS) experience. Experience in working in AMS engagements spanning multi geographies and different time zones Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Experience in Oracle CRM/Services, Service Contracts, CRM Foundation and Accounts Receivables Understanding of Oracle SR process and ability to work with Oracle and other product vendors Should have hands on working experience on the modules Oracle EBS service contracts and Oracle Accounts receivable Understanding of SLA process, AMS methodology and how the SLAs are computed and impact the support organization Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in CRM processes and Oracle AR Should be able to handle the customers independently and recommend the solutions based on the business needs Experience working with integrations of the above modules with other custom apps would be a plus Should be hands-on and also be open to take on leadership and project lead responsibilities. Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams. Should be proficient with conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing requirements analysis, technical feasibility and developing detailed, clear and precise functional and technical documentation. Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus
Candidate will be responsible for:
Expertise on Support (AMS) engagements on Oracle R12 application in the area of Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Accounts receivable and Oracle EBS Resolution of issues, update required documentation, work with rest of project team and DBAs Root Cause Analysis, ability to provide elaboration of issue and its resolution process to business Oracle Patch analysis, Patch application, Patch testing Perform role of SME on business process cycles and liaise with business users for requirement validation and design Provide overall issue resolution in Oracle R12 application modules of Oracle service contracts, Oracle AR Requirement elicitation and documentation and documentation of issues Ability to work on various ticketing tools such as service now, Jira etc Understanding and updation of Solution Design documentation during the course of support engagement. Understanding of differences in R11i and Oracle R12 version. Configuration of modules and impact assessment/ re-design of custom components in R12 environment. Preparing Functional Design Document Requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. E2E Integration testing and support user acceptance testing. Mentoring and coordinating offshore team. project and talent management Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
