As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Rosemead, CA. This position may require travel.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with InformationTechnology
·At least 3+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, at least 2+ years experience in ISU-CRM 7 Web UI Projects.
·Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions.
·In-depth understanding of ISU-CRM Integration, replication of Business Objects.
·Experience in Campaign Management and Marketing attributes
·Worked on business roles and authorizations
·Experience in Transaction Launcher, Integration of Remote Transactions in Web UI
·Experience in Contact Management, Service Order Creation, Utilities Process Framework.
·Experience with CRM ISU Integration
·At least 1 end to end implementation
·At least 1 application support projects.
·Client Facing experience
·Ability to provide SAP consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and IT
·Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas
·Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
·Knowledge and exposure to manufacturing business industry preferred
