As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
·At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
·At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
·At least 7 years of work experience on the following
oOnsite support handling activities for SAP material management, warehouse management, sales and distribution incidents and change requests, deliver the low and medium complex enhancements as per the business requirement.
oHandling priority tickets and providing resolution for smooth operations.
oCarrying out RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for the critical incidents and problems
oRequirement understanding, validation of the change request and solution design, following best practices, adhering to Process Quality compliance related to change requests.
oTesting the enhancements in the system landscape (Development and Quality) using testing tool, creating the test scripts for the enhancements if required and maintaining the traceability with the functional and technical requirements.
oPrepare a detailed test plan and sign-off from IT Project manager.
oData validation for logistics (modules MM, SD and WM).
oImplementation and Configuration of the SAP system (MM-WM-SD) for client.
oCoordination with offshore team for deliverables and me deadline for the tasks assigned.
oDelivery of low complex and medium complex enhancements in areas of procurement, warehouse, sales and distribution.
oValidation/ Issue Resolution (Incident/Problem Resolution), Incidents resolution as per the SLA for SAP -MM-WM and SAP SD modules.
oTicket management using the ticketing tools available.
oConfigure the system as per the process flow requirement and testing.
