Assigned duties include researching, analyzing and reporting of key quality, performance measures in support of department related initiatives. Utilizes internal and external data sources to support these improvement initiatives through performance monitoring and benchmarking. Participates in maintenance of department scorecard, physician profiles and quality reports.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Education:Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Three years experience in statistical PI related experience preferred. Quality or other Clinical Effectiveness related functions in hospital setting or clinical experience preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent written or verbal communications skills. Knowledge and skills in data management/information systems required, knowledge of quality improvement and statistical analysis preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and organize work to meet time requirements. Demonstrated ability to work on team projects.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
