Position Overview Leads and manages complex projects and virtual teams through the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing phases for customer solutions.

Works closely with the customer solutions business team to drive the successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
Manages project scope, requirements, integrated schedules, critical path, time, cost, quality, staff, risk, budgets, procurement, status, integration, and communication.
Provides status for project progress to Program Managers.
Leads and manages solution projects from a business perspective, including projects focusing on customer lifecycle through a service organization.
Drives the successful execution and delivery of projects on time, within budget, in scope, and to meet business needs.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of project management experience developing business and/or IT solutions required
1-2 years of management experience required
Experience with customer relationship management solutions preferred
Project management experience with SAP or Oracle preferred
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Project Management Book of Knowledge, etc.)
Knowledge of business process development and change management
Knowledge of business-to-business and business-to-consumer (B2B, B2C) transactions (e.g., e-commerce, e-business, content management, etc.) and customer relationship management solutions
Knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service and technology
Knowledge of solution development methodologies
