The branch manager insures that the financial needs of our current clients are met while developing potential relationships. They are responsible for the daily oversight of branch operations following all procedures and policies in compliance with bank regulations. Branch management goals relate to deposit and loan growth, controlling expenses and improved revenues. In this leadership role they promote an exceptional sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and training; holding each team member accountable for results. The successful candidate will have five or more years of banking with proven leadership and supervisory skills. A Bachelor’s degree or closely related experience is required. Lending experience is a plus. An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong willingness to help others and a professional image is needed. Confidentiality with a high degree of integrity is mandatory.
This is a full time, exempt position which includes a robust benefit package. This position requires standing, keyboarding, telephone usage and sitting for extended periods.
