MS degree with background in health sciences and 4-5 years in health sciences. Valid US Driver's license. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation; Ability to work independently, under supervision, and as part of a team.
Master's degree in related discipline (MA, MS, MEd, MBA, MPH) and five years' experience in program/project management preferred. Knowledge and experience in grant writing skills are required; experience in a University setting preferred or ability to quickly learn University policies. Superior computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential; Demonstrated ability to learn new technology; Exceptional technical, accounting and communication skills a must. Experience in international relations. Demonstrated cross-cultural experience, cultural sensitivity and additional language skills desirable. Knowledge of Federal and International polices regarding movement of people.
