Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of related experience in a similar role, and excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Ability to manage and systematize processes to ensure timely disposition while meeting multiple deadlines and responding to informational requests.
Exceptional professional judgment with significant responsibility for ensuring confidentiality of information.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
Requires attention to detail through data entry and quality assurance to ensure up to date tracking, and ability to systematize and catalog evolving office business processes.
Extensive business/technical writing skills.
Excellent customer service skills and/or related experience.
Familiarity with higher education/medical education, academic medicine, or related field preferred.
Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, or similar systems, with ability to learn University-specific systems (HR systems, survey tools, calendar and meeting scheduling) and other new applications in an evolving department.
Ability to conduct extensive research and present information and data clearly, and to use a variety of media to communicate with faculty.
Additional certification or masters degree in a related field, website layout and/or content management, and/or database development/management/migration preferred.
Special Work Schedule Requirements: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.
