The Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies is seeking a Manager of Operations and Events to cultivate and enhance relationships with employers that result in job opportunities for NYU students and alumni. Oversee operations of programs within the departments team in event planning and employer relations for about 300 employer programs and career development programs each year at various locations. Manage day-to-day administrative functions to meet departmental needs including developing office policies and procedures for operations and events. Manage the creation and preparation of marketing materials; Provide top customer service to stakeholders; first point of contact for employers/industry professionals who arrive on-campus for an event; and assist with social media and marketing initiatives. This person will be a key contributor to the team.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.

Proficiency with MS Office, Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
