The Senior Financial Analyst performs third-party reimbursement services and prepares reimbursement templates, analyzes and reconciles third-party accounts, prepares monthly closing and analyses, and prepares information for General Accounting to enable management to make informed decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will design, review and maintain process for evaluation and estimation of contractual discounts and third-party liabilities, and approaches all estimates with an eye towards continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or in business administration with concentration in finance/accounting .
Experience: Minimum of five years of accounting, finance work experience with minimum of three years of current experience in reimbursement, preferably with a hospital/chain or third-party intermediary.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration:Certified public accountant license preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills; analytical and personal computer skills including proficiency in use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
