MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Women's Soccer Coach Recruiting Coordination (all sports) College fairs – attends college fairs for the purpose of recruiting athletes. Athletic/Admission Liaison-Cal Maritime Day/Admitted Students Day – Liaison for all these events to recruit athletes. Coordinates participation and logistics for events. Social Media – Uses social media for recruiting activities and for correspondence with prospective athletes. Monitor home visits/Compliance review – works with recruiting staff to track prospective athlete home visits; monitors all recruiting activities to ensure compliance with NAIA rules and regulations.
