Plans and organizes training events including working with franchisees, vendors, the training center, and maintaining training inventory. Also handles administrative duties such as office supplies, calendar, invoice processing, and assistance with preparing presentations.
Responsibilities 1. Assists regional team(s) with various projects and the tracking of milestones and deadlines 2. Assists regional team(s) and franchise businesses with problem resolution. 3. Responsible for the overall management of workshops through c-vent program by researching facilities; negotiating facility contracts and rates; coordinating communication of registration; preparing meeting materials; assisting with preparing presentations, arranging for caterers, shuttle services and audio/visual equipment; and monitoring budgets. Provides support at convention and workshops as needed. 4. Compiles, organizes, tracks and monitors key performance indicator data from multiple sources. 5. Coordinates the certification process and facilities the in-depth reporting of on-site audit certification process. 6. Coordinates the QRV franchise activation process. 7. Coordinates franchise information changes in SM IT platforms. 8. Coordinates regional staff on-call coverage, office supply ordering for regional team(s), internal and franchise communications processes, processes invoices, facilitates and takes notes for various teams. 9. Tracks, communicates and reports out on Critical Brand Standard results. 10. Completes and monitors franchise opener tasks through completion.
Education and Experience Requirements * High school diploma and/or 4+ years relevant experience.
